.Problem:I have a aip ssm-10 module.that have only one interface.that is managment only?how can i do network physical diagram?Solution:Yes, this interface is used for management and updates(global correlation, auto signature updates, etc).The production traffic is passed from firewall to IPS module internally.Scenario 2:Problem:We have an IPS ASA-SSM-20, the license is expired and we 've bought a Smartnet contract for the device.I would like to know how to update the license.We tried to do it from ASDM, and chose the option to update from cisco.com.we got the following error.internal error. Failed to send license request. 4: Unable to tunnel thourgh proxy.
