I have tried to used the master reser with hardware combination to get to the phone recovery mode but after selecting recovery mode, then the android logo will appear without any option even when u press the home keys, volume down or up key or power button. When the android just appear, u will not get the option of selecting delete all user data, only the logo shows and when I press any of the keys to get any option, nothing appears/shows. When the mobile data is set in sim1 and i inserted sim in sim1 slot, it freeze and after minutes it shutdown and turn on automatically then it freeze again and shutdown. When i set the mobile data in sim 2 and there is a sim in sim 2 slot the same problem occurs. When i connect it in wifi, the same problem occurs. When i removed my sim cards, my phone is perfectly fine. I already did the soft and hard format but it doesnt help me.

Please fix my problem.
